Chaparai Waterfalls, also known as Dumbriguda Waterfalls, offer a different kind of waterfall experience in the Araku region. Instead of a single dramatic vertical drop, water flows over sloping and relatively smooth rock surfaces, creating a natural cascade across the landscape.

The waterfall is surrounded by thick greenery and rolling Eastern Ghats, giving it a peaceful yet adventurous atmosphere.

The combination of flowing water, exposed rock formations and dense forest makes Chaparai particularly photogenic. During periods of stronger rainfall, the surrounding landscape becomes especially lush and the water flow becomes more impressive.
